Amy Lee is the Founder and Artistic Director of Amy Dance Studio, a Sydney-based studio dedicated to nurturing confident, disciplined, and expressive young dancers.

She is an internationally accredited adjudicator with the World Dance Council (WDC), as well as a registered professional adjudicator and certified coach in Australia. Amy began her journey as a selected member of the Chinese National DanceSport Team, where she was trained to the highest standard and developed a deep understanding of both technique and artistry.

As a teacher, Amy believes that every child is different and deserves individual attention. Her approach focuses not only on strong technique, but also on building confidence, resilience, and a genuine love for dance. She works closely with students at every stage, supporting them as they grow both on and off the stage.

Her students have achieved outstanding results in competitions across Australia and internationally, including championship titles and placements in elite divisions. More importantly, many of her students develop a strong sense of discipline, self-belief, and the confidence to perform and express themselves.

Amy is also the organiser of the Golden Rose International Dance Championship, creating opportunities for students to experience high-level international events and connect with dancers from around the world.



With years of experience as both a mentor and industry professional, Amy is committed to creating a positive and inspiring environment where every student is supported, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
